All sales are final. All items sold are new. Vintage items are stated as such. Cera Jewelry will repair any beaded item if breakage occurs (for minimal fee) and if supplies are available. Email me with any questions you may have.

Domestic USA orders are securely & carefully packaged and shipped within 4-6 days of cleared payment date. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Special Note: Please remember we're not responsible for causing damage or loss of orders while en route and in the care of the USPS. We highly recommend Insurance. I pack well & pray for safe handling, but insurance gives us both recourse, just in case your jewelry decides to go to the Virgin Islands instead of Virginia.
